Job Description
- Manage and expand key client accounts within the specialist recruitment space.
- Build strong, solutions-driven relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior decision-makers.
- Understand client needs, market trends, and talent strategies to provide meaningful recruitment insights.
- Drive service excellence and ensure consistent delivery across multiple business units.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Handle escalations professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry (agency or internal), with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Previous exposure to client management, account coordination, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- A professional, resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
