A Hotel and Self Catering accomodation facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in hospitality management. The position is based at an establishment thats based right next to the Point Waterfront area, and in very close proximity to the Ushaka Marine World and Durban’s Golden Mile. Core Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations Manage all hotel staff performance Ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations Relevant industry exerperience (hotel/ hospitality management) Strong leadership and staff management skills Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
