The ideal candidate will hold full trails guiding qualifications and be confident in both guiding and overseeing aspects of lodge maintenance. Minimum Requirements: FGASA Level 2 with Full Trails qualification Valid ARH (Advanced Rifle Handling) Valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit) DEAT registered Additional Responsibilities and Skills: Oversee the maintenance department and daily operations Strong technical and practical skills with the ability to carry out repairs and lodge maintenance Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for managing maintenance schedules and communication Strong leadership and team management capabilities Sound knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures Able to work independently and manage tasks under pressure in a fast-paced lodge environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be of sober habits and maintain a professional demeanour at all times This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Trails Guide looking to broaden their responsibilities in a well-established, high-end safari setting.
