Support junior chefs with training, guidance, and performance development. Ensure efficient stock control, ordering, and mise en place. Minimum Requirements 3–5 years experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a 5-star lodge or fine-dining environment . Culinary qualification (advantageous but not essential with strong experience). Strong knowledge of modern plating, flavour pairing, and fine-dining techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards.
