Job Description

Requirements:

Grade 12
Minimum 3 years experience in sales of computer hardware, software, peripherals
Must have valid drivers licence
Understanding of IT related services knowledge of Fibre / ISP / Network / VOIP sales
Previous experience in an IT Networking company would be an advantage
Huawei accreditation would be an advantage
IT related qualification would be beneficial but not essential

Knowledge of the following services:

Computer Sales (hardware, software, peripherals)
Computer maintenance and repairs
Onsite and remote support
Networking and Office Setups
Server maintenance and setup
Internet Solutions – wireless and fibre
VOIP
Data Backup and Disaster Recovery
Security Support and Helpdesk Services
