HR Manager | Dubai | Upscale Hospitality An upscale restaurant with a unique concept in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR MANAGER to lead its human resources function. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the culture and talent strategy of a growing hospitality brand, with new venue openings planned for 2026. The ideal candidate will bring energy, independence, and a strong foundation in hospitality HR practices. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor law and hospitality standards Support leadership in building a high-performance team culture Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration Lead training and development initiatives to support staff growth and retention Prepare for future expansion by building scalable HR systems and talent pipelines Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of HR management experience in Dubai within the hospitality sector Proven ability to operate independently in a stand-alone HR role Strong understanding of UAE labor law and hospitality compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Energetic and motivated to grow into a future HR Director role Salary Range: AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, annual flight ticket to home country Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off per week To apply for HR Manager | Dubai | Upscale Hospitality, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
