Responsibilities: Overall management of daily operations Leadership of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa departments Financial management, budgeting, and cost control Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards Guest engagement, feedback management, and service recovery Strategy development to improve operational efficiency and revenue Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in hotel/lodge management Proven operational and leadership track record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Hospitality Management degree preferred
