Our client is an established, fast-paced organisation in logistics is seeking an experienced finance leader to step into a key interim role. The opportunity to operate at a senior level, driving financial strategy, governance, and commercial decision-making within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee all financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead accounting operations and implement effective policies, governance, and control structures.
• Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Manage financial negotiations and commercial relationships to optimise program profitability.
• Design and execute revenue growth strategies through effective financial insight and analysis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operational, sales, and technology teams to ensure financial alignment and accountability.

What we are looking for:

• CA (SA) or equivalent qualification with 810 years experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role.
• Demonstrated strength in financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, and governance.
• Strategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and the ability to influence executive decisions.
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Previous exposure to rewards, loyalty programmes, or multi-partner environments will be advantageous.
