The Role: Graphic Designer & Animator This role exists to conceptualise, design, and animate high-quality creative content across print, digital, social media, and motion platforms. You will translate briefs into polished visual solutions, adapt concepts into fully integrated campaigns, and ensure all outputs meet technical requirements. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary creative team, you will contribute to delivering cohesive, brand-aligned work across multiple concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities Bring 3 years of graphic design and animation experience into the creation of high-quality visual and motion content. Interpret briefs and develop conceptual ideas, mock-ups, and in-situ presentations. Adapt approved concepts into multi-format campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media. Prepare artwork for print, digital, motion output, and production handover. Ensure accuracy in colour management, layout, formatting, and pre-press requirements. Manage timelines, priorities, and multiple briefs simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication throughout all project phases. Uphold brand guidelines and ensure a consistent standard of design excellence across all deliverables. About You 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Animator. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics capability. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong motion skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools. Understanding of digital and print production processes, including colour profiling and pre-press. Comfortable creating presentations and visual decks in Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong conceptual thinker with a passion for design, typography, animation, and creative trends. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure. Strong communicator able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. Client-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
