What we are looking for: A mid-weight copywriter who is a conceptual thinker and strong storyteller.

What you will do:

• Develop fresh, strategic ideas guided by insights and client objectives
• Write original, persuasive copy for multiple platforms and format
• Contribute to campaign concepts and overall creative direction
• Interpret briefs and turn them into strong creative solutions
• Produce clear, engaging copy for digital, print, social, video and integrated campaigns
• Ensure all messaging aligns with client strategies and business goals
• Help create client presentations with strong storytelling
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients when needed
• Participate in pitches and contribute to winning new business
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high quality work
• Work with client services to interpret and refine briefs
• Liaise with suppliers and freelance creatives when required
• Continuously develop creative and technical skills
• Stay updated with industry trends, copywriting principles and AI tools

What you must have:

• 3 to 5 years within a similar role
• Marketing degree or relevant qualification
• Experience working in a marketing or creative agency
• Experience contributing to and winning client pitches
• Strong grounding in copywriting principles and excellent grammar
• Confident verbal communicator (face-to-face and telephonic)
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
• Industry awareness and strong research abilities
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to use AI tools to support copy generation
