A leading company within the construction and electrical sector, based in Silverton, Pretoria is looking for a professionally qualified graduate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications with preferably 5 years experience in the Construction industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing pre-qualification evaluations
• Bill of Quantitys setup and update
• Bid Evaluations Reports Bill Verifications Preparation of Tenders
• Tender Documents including conditions of contracts.
• Preparing of Sub Contractor
• Claims
• Project Cost Reporting

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications with preferably 5 years experience in the Construction industry.
• Microsoft Office applications
• Buildsmart
• Candy (CCS)

Package & Remuneration

R 27 000 – R 32 000 CTC pm.
