Duties:

• Facilitate workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
• Conduct impact analysis of technology solutions on processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Perform data analysis, write and interpret queries, and work with large datasets.
• Utilize tools like PowerBI, QlikView, SQL, and databases for data analysis.
• Map current and future processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements
• Lead process optimization initiatives using methodologies like design thinking.
• Define and track process metrics, monitor project implementation
• Perform root cause analysis for operational issues.
• Provide quality assurance for data and analytics solution delivery.
• Support UAT and develop training materials for end-users
• Drive adoption and compliance for new processes and systems.
• Mentor and guide teams through change management processes.

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree in IT, Data Science, Informatics, or related field.
• Knowledge of business process mapping tools (Lucid, Bizagi) and Microsoft Suite.

 
Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in business analysis, data modelling, and/or data analysis.
• Proven experience with system migrations and process improvements.
• Agile development environment experience.
• Exposure to AI and Machine Learning advantageous.

 
Skills & Competencies:

• Strong data affinity and ability to work with big data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability.
• High level of investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and communicate effectively.
• Strong technical skills with SQL, BI tools, and process mapping systems.
