Job Description
- Monitor the entrances at all times;
- Receiving of all visitors and deliveries;
- Management and maintenance of the reception area;
- Manage switchboard and answering of phones;
- Personnel management proficiency;
- Maintain good line of communication between staff and clients;
- Admin duties
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience as a Receptionist/Front office clerk
- Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing)
- Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
- Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills
- Excellent client liaison and administration skills
- MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word)

- Must be punctual and presentable at all times
- Clean disciplinary, criminal record
