Western Cape: BIM Technician posted by Communicate Finance

• Develop and maintain BIM models for civil and structural projects
• Coordinate models across multiple disciplines
• Produce accurate drawings and schedules from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements

Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years’ experience in a BIM or digital design role
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills

Qualification:

• Diploma or qualification in BIM, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
