TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday Sunday
• 09:00 – 18:00
• 1x Weekend off per month + days off in the week
• Annual Leave

REPORT TO: Spa Director / Spa Manager

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
2. Reliable transport within the Southern Suburbs
3. Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
4. Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
5. Confident retailer

EXPERIENCE:

1. Day Spa experience within a Hotel or Resort or independent day spa
2. At least 5years in the spa industry as a professional spa therapist
3. Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favourable
4. Confident working with VIP clients – able to offer a discerning service

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
2. Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
3. Retail confident
4. Confidently re-book clients where applicable
5. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
6. Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
