Job Description
- Matric, with previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role (travel and tourism experience advantageous)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working with online booking systems and websites
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented
- Reliable transport (own or public options, as long as you are on time)
DUTIES
- Handle client interactions and enquiries
- Process and manage online bookings via the company website
- Schedule and confirm bookings with clients
- Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
- Provide general administrative and client support
- Assist with basic invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and manual)
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth arrangements
Salary: R10,000 ctc, negotiable dependent on experience
