Job Description

Requirements

  • Matric, with previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role (travel and tourism experience advantageous)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working with online booking systems and websites
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Professional, friendly, and well-presented
  • Reliable transport (own or public options, as long as you are on time)

 
DUTIES

  • Handle client interactions and enquiries
  • Process and manage online bookings via the company website
  • Schedule and confirm bookings with clients
  • Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Provide general administrative and client support
  • Assist with basic invoicing and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and manual)
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth arrangements

 
Salary: R10,000 ctc, negotiable dependent on experience
