• You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar, coupled with 8 plus years experience in managing medium to large scale building projects.
• You will have a strong background in overseeing and coordinating site operations, ensuring the highest quality workmanship, as well as driving the achievement of targets, and cost factors.
• You will have a solid understanding of JBCC and NEC contracts and related administration thereof, be proficient in contractual financial and progress reporting, as well as drafting QA, Safety and Resource plans
• Strong skills in MS Office advanced, as well as CCS Candy essential
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
