Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Yacht Sales Analyst to join a dynamic, global organisation within the marine and leisure industry. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner (Yacht Sales), the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, maintaining robust reporting frameworks, and supporting both operational and strategic decision-making across the yacht sales division. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, enhancing reporting processes, and driving continuous performance improvement. Whats on Offer Hybrid / flexible working environment Competitive base salary Medical Aid Cover 21 days annual leave Retirement Fund Birthday day off Social events and team initiatives Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare, analyse, and maintain financial reports related to yacht sales performance Track daily trading data, ensuring accuracy and responding to analysis requests Deliver variance analysis against targets, KPIs, and forecasts Support month-end close activities and ensure compliance with financial policies Forecasting, Modelling & Pricing Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting cycles Maintain accurate pricing, cost structures, and assumptions across multiple currencies Provide financial insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making Data, Systems & Automation Create dashboards and management reports using advanced Excel and Power BI Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost tracking Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives Support automation and digitalisation initiatives using ERP systems and AI-enabled tools Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to gather and validate data Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reporting packs for management meetings Work Environment Based in Cape Town Hybrid working model: minimum two days per week in the office Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in a financial analysis or similar role Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling) Strong Power BI reporting and dashboarding experience Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability High attention to detail with a proactive and improvement-driven mindset Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or similar) Exposure to AI tools for data automation and reporting efficiency Strong PowerPoint presentation skills Experience within sales, marine, leisure, or commercial environments Application Process To apply , please email your updated CV in Word format , along with a copy of your ID , qualifications , reference letters or contactable referees , and a recent profile picture to:
