Minimum requirements: A relevant agricultural qualification will be a strong advantage 2–3 years’ experience in avocado or macadamia farming Strong understanding of orchard management practices Good communication and people management skills Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example Valid driver’s license and own transport Responsibilities will include the following: Assist the Farm Manager with the day-to-day operations of the farm Supervise field staff and seasonal workers Monitor the health and development of avocado or macadamia orchards Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs Maintain accurate records of farm activities and production Ensure adherence to agricultural and safety regulations Coordinate harvest activities and post-harvest handling Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
