Key Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Manage drivers, coordinate delivery routes, and ensure smooth logistics operations. Maintain high standards of warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance. Oversee inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and enforce FIFO practices. Mentor and develop warehouse staff, fostering a disciplined and consistent operational culture. Requirements: Relevant Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of warehouse health & safety standards. Familiarity with inventory management systems.
