Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full operational finance function for a large, multi-store retail environment. Partner with senior executives and provide financial insight that drives national performance. Manage financial governance and controls across 300 stores. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and commercial analysis. Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and alignment to JSE-listed requirements. Deliver clear, actionable financial reporting packs and strategic insights. Support executive leadership with high-level planning and performance tracking. Manage finance teams, strengthen processes, and drive continuous operational improvement. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) or a relevant Finance Degree (essential). Minimum 8 years experience in a senior finance role. Strong background in retail or FMCG (non-negotiable). Experience working within JSE-listed environments. Proven exposure to executive-level stakeholders and board-level reporting. Deep operational finance experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence business outcomes. Advanced Excel and excellent analytical ability. Confident leader with the ability to manage large teams and drive results.
