Midrand: Stock Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities Inventory Control: Conducting physical stock takes, cycle counts, and managing stock adjustments (e.g., for damages, returns). Record Keeping: Accurately updating inventory systems with stock movements, receipts, and dispatches. Stock Movement: Coordinating receiving, checking, and dispatching of goods, ensuring items go to correct locations. Reporting: Generating reports on stock levels, shrinkage, short-dated stock, and other inventory metrics. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company procedures (SOPs) and identifying shrinkage Skills Needed Strong organizational and administrative skills. Detail-oriented and accurate. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially month-end. Proficiency with inventory management systems Pastel / SAGE & Evolution) and MS Office (Excel). General Duties Other duties as assigned and when needed. Required Qualifications: Matric and any relevant qualification will be an advantage.
