The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the Food & Beverage department while also acting as operational support to the General Manager across all areas of the hotel. This position also offers long-term growth potential into a broader Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager role. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in small luxury boutique properties Strong Food & Beverage operational background Solid understanding of luxury hospitality service standards Financially astute with a revenue-focused mindset Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Hands-on, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ambition to grow within hotel operations over the long term Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the hotel Ensure consistent luxury service standards across all guest touchpoints Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation (restaurant, bar, events, and experiences) Maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the floor during service Monitor guest satisfaction, manage feedback, and implement service recovery Lead staffing, scheduling, and team organisation Control food & beverage costs, stock, inventory, and supplier relationships Develop and implement revenue-driven strategies Plan and manage events, private dining, weddings, and bespoke guest experiences Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Provide effective problem-solving and sound operational decision-making – $ 2000 Gross live in with meals PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who meet our clients specific requirements.
