A luxury hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Concierge / Travel Desk Agent to be based in the hotel foyer, serving as the first point of personalised guest assistance and local expertise. This role is suited to a hospitality professional who lives and breathes Cape Town — someone with exceptional local knowledge, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to curate memorable guest experiences with confidence and discretion. As the face of the hotel in the foyer, the Concierge / Travel Desk Agent plays a vital role in shaping each guest’s stay through informed recommendations, seamless bookings, and warm, professional engagement.
