Johannesburg: Sales Administrator

In order to be considered the following is required: Matric 2 – 4 years experience in a sales administration role Must have an Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (this will be tested on) Experience with Sales Evolution Must have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Must be willing to work every second Saturday (between 07h00 – 14h00) The role will involve the following responsibilities: Processing of client orders on various platforms Liaising with clients for their orders Raising invoices and confirming purchase orders daily Filing of invoices and credit notes Calculating costs of routes on a daily basis Preparing loading sheets for the Dispatch Manager Preparing loading sheets for the Park Station Manager Query and problem resolution with the sales team Load customer route rankings and delivery days
