This senior finance role requires a detail-driven professional with strong hospitality accounting experience and excellent financial control skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee full financial control across hotel and restaurant operations Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reporting Manage budgets, cost control, and variance analysis Oversee debtors, creditors, payroll coordination, and cash flow monitoring Ensure compliance with financial policies, audits, and statutory requirements Work closely with operational managers to improve financial performance Support annual budget preparation and year-end audit processes Requirements Previous Financial Controller or senior accounting experience in luxury hospitality essential Strong hospitality systems and financial reporting experience Excellent Excel and accounting software skills Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills High attention to detail and strong business acumen Package Salary: R30,000 R32,000 DOE 50% Medical Aid contribution 3% Provident Fund contribution Annual increases and performance bonuses R25 meal allowance per shift (for salaries under R25;000) Subsidised staff transport on Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch & Wellington routes Live-out role (no accommodation provided) To Apply Submit your CV, references, and recent head & shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
