Job Description

Client Advisory & Relationship Management Lead and manage client relationships across pension, insurance, and institutional mandates Develop and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives Present investment performance, market updates, and recommendations at board and committee meetings Draft and maintain Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and governance documentation Investment Strategy & Research Conduct asset-liability modelling (ALM) and strategic asset allocation analysis Perform manager research and due diligence across multiple asset classes Evaluate portfolio performance using attribution, risk analysis, and benchmarking Contribute to macroeconomic outlooks and tactical asset allocation recommendations Implementation & Oversight Coordinate manager transitions, cash flows, and rebalancing strategies Monitor mandate compliance, investment risk, and governance adherence Support integration of proprietary systems and automation tools into consulting workflows Liaise with reporting and operations teams for timely and accurate client reporting Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and review work of junior consultants and analysts Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery Contribute to new business development through RFPs, tenders, and proposals Participate in internal committees, including economic and tactical asset allocation discussions Skills & Experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills for board-level engagements Strong client management, interpersonal, and leadership abilities Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of R, Python, or Power BI is a plus Solid understanding of investment regulations (e.g., Regulation 28, SAM) and ESG integration Experience in performance attribution, ALM modelling, and strategic asset allocation Qualifications Honours degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or related field CFA/CAIA or actuarial progress advantageous Minimum 510 years in investment consulting or institutional asset management with proven expertise in manager selection and client advisory Apply now!
