About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client order processing, invoicing, and delivery management. With excellent communication skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client orders on various platforms
  • Liaise with clients for their orders
  • Raise invoices and confirm purchase orders daily
  • File invoices and credit notes
  • Calculate costs of routes on a daily basis
  • Prepare loading sheets for the Dispatch Manager
  • Prepare loading sheets for the Park Station Manager
  • Query and problem resolution with the sales team
  • Load customer route rankings and delivery days

Requirements

  • Matric 2 – 4 years experience in a sales administration role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with Sales Evolution
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric (highest school qualification)
