About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. With 6 years of experience in similar roles, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your expertise in property and legal knowledge will be invaluable in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Point of contact for Internal & External Stakeholders
- Maintain an an accurate and up-to-date Property Register
- Trust & Structure Administration (An Advantage)
- Liaise with Professional Advisors (Trustees, Attorneys, Accountants)
- Manage the Manager’s Calendar & Co-ordinate Meetings and Appointments.
- Prepare and Edit Correspondence, Communications, Presentations & other Documents.
- Conduct Research, collect & Analyze Data to prepare Reports and Documents.
- Handle Confidential information and sensitive issues with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate Travel arrangements and prepare Travel Itineraries.
- Manage Expenses and assist with Budget Planning
- Income Tax Support
- Event & Management Meetings
- Organize and maintain the Manager’s office systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
