About the Role

GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction Industry and be proficient in AutoCAD | CCS Candy | BuildSmart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish
  • Prepare and review project reports
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying | Construction Management (preferred)
  • Professional Registration (an advantage)

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required
