About the Role
A well-established and respected precast concrete manufacturer is seeking a high-caliber External Sales Representative to grow its footprint in the civil and infrastructure market. This role is suited to a driven, technically competent sales professional who thrives on relationships, results, and large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with civil engineers, contractors, municipalities, and developers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the civil and infrastructure sector
- Promote and sell a range of precast concrete products including pipes, manholes, culverts, and custom solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while protecting margins
- Track project pipelines, market activity, and competitor movements
Requirements
- 5+ years external sales experience within precast concrete, civil construction materials, or infrastructure products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong industry network (highly advantageous)
- Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (if applicable)
