CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT (FRENCH SPEAKING) Location: Pretoria East Salary: R 14 000 R 17 000 Start Date: As soon as possibleRole OverviewWe are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our clients Pretoria-based team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. AI experience an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat in French and English.Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.Resolve complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Meet performance targets including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards.RequirementsLanguage: Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.Education: Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric; tertiary qualification advantageous.Experience:13 years in customer service, call centre, or client-facing role.Experience in international or multilingual environments preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mind-set.Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
