About the Role
Our client is a well-established manufacturer and distributor known for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Based in Paarden Eiland, this company offers a dynamic environment where leadership, discipline, and innovation are valued. As the Senior Fulfilment Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the fulfilment centre, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Fulfilment Clerks and Pickers/Packers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Oversee picking and packing across Retail, Digital, and Wholesale channels.
- Reallocate resources to meet daily operational demands.
- Ensure that gift wrapping and customer requests are fulfilled accurately.
- Monitor individual performance and drive productivity.
- Collaborate with Dispatch and Receiving teams to avoid bottlenecks.
- Recommend layout and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday and December).
- Ensure that fulfilment areas meet world-class standards of organisation.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in warehousing or fulfilment.
- Matric / Grade 12 (Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Results-focused, adaptable, and able to lead under pressure.
- Valid RSA drivers license.
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred).
