About the Role

A well-established restaurant in Sandton is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in restaurant management, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Control stock, maintain inventory levels, and optimize ordering processes
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Oversee the entire restaurant operation, making informed decisions to improve efficiency and profitability

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial role
  • Strong operational management skills, including ability to oversee multiple aspects of restaurant operation
