About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients across Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. As a sales professional with 3 years of experience in textiles, fashion, or garment manufacturing, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Liaise with customers telephonically and via email regarding new orders, outstanding orders, and stock availability.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information.
- Prepare quotations and pro-forma invoices.
- Process orders for account customers and COD customers.
- Ensure account customers have sufficient credit available for their orders.
- Ensure full payment has been received from COD customers prior to placing orders.
- Process delivery notes.
- Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased in a while.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist with the annual stock take.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in textiles, fashion, or garment manufacturing.
- Fully bilingual (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Own reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-discipline and time management skills (you’ll be on the move a lot!).
- A strong hunter mentality, able to chase leads and close with confidence.

Salary & Benefits
R30 000 – R35 000 basic salary, plus commission.
