About the Role
Blum and Hofmeyr is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist PABX to drive sales of our PABX systems and solutions to new and existing customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients, understanding our products and services, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and establish relationships with existing customers to drive sales of PABX systems and solutions
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in PABX systems
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within an external sales role
- Previous experience working within a PABX role
- Solid experience in generating new business
- Must have previously worked in a target-driven environment
- High energy level and ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
Salary & Benefits
R25 000 – R30 000 per annum
