About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Brand Assistant to support our client’s brand management activities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing product orders, liaising with internal departments, and providing administrative support to the brand manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Place, track, and manage product orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Planning, and Logistics
- Maintain and update product databases and cataloguing systems
- Prepare and manage product range samples
- Produce regular reports analysing product performance, inventory levels, and sales data
- Assist with range planning and stock management decisions through data-driven insights
- Manage documentation and provide comprehensive administrative support to the brand team
Requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales and product data
- Highly organised and methodical, with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and committed, with willingness to work additional hours when required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field (completed or in progress)
