About the Role

Fempower Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remuneration & Information System Specialist to join our team in Boksburg. As a specialist technical leader, you will provide expert guidance on remuneration and HR information systems, leading projects for the development of a cost-effective human resources information system (HRIS) and remuneration practices. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient operations that meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct salary studies and market analysis to inform compensation and benefit decisions
Develop salary ranges, coordinate approval processes, and champion job evaluation processes for internal parity and equitable pay
Provide training and support to the business community in navigating HR systems, including SAGE people system and other systems such as Learner Management System, Performance Management, Talent, iRecruit, Job Management
Troubleshoot and validate data on HR People Modules, identify concerns or weaknesses in operational systems and procedures, and recommend appropriate remedies where applicable
Manage projects for the HRIS and Remuneration, provide consulting services to users of the system, and offer technical and user support to project managers within the HR team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Behavioural Science or BCom equivalent
Five years IT systems experience, with at least two years in HR systems related experience
Two years of experience managing HRIS
Two years of experience in compensation, benefits, and job evaluation is an added advantage

Qualifications

SARA Certification and Job Evaluation Certification are an added advantage
