About the Role

Our Client, a market leader in the Packaging and Recycling Industry, is seeking to employ 2 printer operators to their Production Department based in Port Elizabeth. This is an urgent requirement and we need to fill these positions as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up printing machines as per job requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures (ISO standards).
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe work environment.
Review and assess work orders to meet production specifications.
Ensure final product meets customer requirements.
Maintain high housekeeping standards within the department.
Update and maintain in-house systems daily.
Actively contribute to improving machine availability through adherence to maintenance systems.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
Qualification in Trade of Corrugated Board Printing and Finishing Machine Minding.
Minimum 2 years experience operating a printing machine.
Knowledge of controlling operations, equipment, or systems (IoT).
Computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent in-house systems.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities.

Qualification in Trade of Corrugated Board Printing and Finishing Machine Minding
