About the Role
Our Boutique Hotel in the Eastern Cape is seeking an experienced Management Couple to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for hospitality to take ownership of our boutique property.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including reservations, front office, housekeeping, F&B, grounds, and administration.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong personal touch, ensuring attention to detail at every step.
- Motivate and lead a diverse team while fostering a positive and professional work culture.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative ideas, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth and efficient cost control, stock management, and financial oversight.
- Oversee property upkeep, maintenance, and presentation to the highest standards.
- Uphold a hands-on management style, stepping in across departments when needed.
Requirements
- Warm; engaging, and professional presence with both guests and staff.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to implement effective systems.
- Previous management experience in luxury hospitality.
- Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu planning, costing, wine knowledge, and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities between the couple.
