About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Bidvest Protea Coin in Gauteng. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing security advice to clients, conducting quality assurance audits, and managing client relationships to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. With your expertise in risk management, business impact analysis, and countermeasures, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide security advice to clients
Conduct Quality Assurance Audit
Manage project management tasks effectively
Deal with client complaints professionally
Ensure contractual requirements are met at all times

Coordinate training as and when required

Requirements

Telecommunications industry experience
Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis, and countermeasures
PSIRA certification – Grade A
Relevant managerial or similar position experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
First aid and fire-fighting training will be advantageous
