About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Administer all contracts as per set standards, policies, and legal requirements.
- Continuous update of the contract register on JDE and weekly progress report to the supervisor.
- Draft contracts and amendments.
- Administer, control, and update all contracts held with external providers and contractors as and when required.
- Market research on prices to avoid being overcharged.
- Price negotiations.
- Contract approvals.
- Contract filing and safeguarding.
- Liaise with all relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding contracts.
- Assist end users by guiding them through the administration of contracts.
- Follow up with end users and act on expiring contracts.
- Align Contract standards and policies with the Group to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Standard 10 Certificate.
- Higher Certificate in Commercial or Finance-related studies or equivalent.
- Code 08 (B) Drivers Licence.
- National Diploma: Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
- Bachelor of Commerce: Supply chain/logistics or Equivalent.
- CIPS Certificate Level 6.
- Certificate: Contract Management / Commercial Law / Contract Law / LLB or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Standard 10 Certificate.
- Higher Certificate in Commercial or Finance-related studies or equivalent.
