About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating existing relationships with clients in the cash management services sector. With at least 5 years of experience in sales and a strong background in financial services, we are looking for someone who can drive growth and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek new business through networking and cold calling
- Forge and maintain good relations with clients
- Retain existing business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct site surveys for security requirements and prepare proposals
- Ensure timely submission of quotations to clients
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Plan, budget, coordinate, and attend to client needs
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in sales in a similar position
- Sales diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Must be professional and well presented at all times
- Capable to work under pressure and for extended hours, if required
- Full competence in the use and application of Microsoft Office suite programs (Microsoft Excel)
- Must have Cash Management Solutions experience
- Device sales experience preferred
- Previous experience in the security industry would be a distinct advantage
Qualifications
- Sales diploma or equivalent qualifications
