About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the overall management of multiple luxury safari lodges in Namibia. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will oversee operations, drive excellence, and deliver world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all hospitality personnel and departments
- Develop human resources and training programs
- Oversee financial and administrative management of hospitality operations
- Drive strategic product development
- Interact with guests to ensure a flawless five-star experience
- Day-to-day front-of-house management across lodges
- Guide and support Camp Management teams
- Liaise with activity managers regarding improvements
- Identify training needs and implement solutions
- Maintain company standards across front and back of house
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ senior management experience in luxury hospitality (preferably 5-star safari lodges)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or tourism
- Proven track record in financial and strategic management
- Experience in training, evaluation, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
- Fluent in English (multilingualism an advantage)

Salary & Benefits
