About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Mechatronics Graduates to join our team. This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a practical environment, gain hands-on industry experience, and develop technical and professional skills within a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic systems and solutions.
- Support the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems in product development.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of automated equipment and machinery.
- Contribute to process improvements, innovation, and optimization of production systems.
- Work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Strong academic background with an eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Basic understanding of mechanical design, electronics, automation, and control systems.
- Knowledge of CAD software, PLC programming, or robotics will be advantageous.
- Good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
