About the Role
Sustainable Concrete Innovations is a leading organization in the sales and marketing industry, dedicated to providing top-notch products and services while fostering long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking driven Sales Agents to contribute to our sustained growth and expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients
- Professionally present and promote company products and services
- Develop and maintain constructive customer relationships
- Provide actionable feedback to support continuous improvement
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in order to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- Completion of Matric or NQF Level 4
- Prior sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented approach with a positive disposition
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Effective time management skills and a strong sense of self-motivation
Qualifications
- Matric or NQF Level 4 Diploma
- Certificate in Sales or Marketing (optional)
