About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at the Bela Bela Luxury Lodge. As the key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. With excellent organizational and leadership abilities, you will lead by example and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage maintenance projects to ensure timely completion
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
Lead the team in road maintenance and solar system upkeep
Implement efficient facilities management practices
Oversee the use of equipment and machines

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as a Maintenance Manager
Good understanding of technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
Road maintenance experience is highly preferred
Solar systems experience is a plus
Previous lodge experience is preferred

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

The package on offer includes R 15-18 000 per month. Single accommodation will be provided. The starting date is March 2026.
