About the Role
Anchora, a leading provider of multifamily residential housing properties, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeping Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in managing financial records and transactions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of invoices and property management data in our AppFolio software.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices: Handling the invoicing process, which may include receiving, verifying, and processing invoices.
- Encoding in Appfolio: Inputting information, possibly related to property management tasks, into the Appfolio software or system.
- Checking and Approving: Reviewing the encoded information in Appfolio to ensure accuracy and completeness, and then approving it for further processing.
Requirements
- Experience with AppFolio is required.
- Bookkeeping Background: Possesses a background in bookkeeping or financial tasks.
- Fluent in English: Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English.
- Diligent and Committed: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
