Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Industrial Engineering Interest and initiative to join and grow in a long-term career Competent in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis Exposure and interest to read and interpret production data and reports Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities High attention to detail Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good time management and organisational skills Must have own vehicle and drivers license DUTIES Assist with production planning and scheduling Support inventory control and material flow monitoring Liaise with production supervisors and operators For production and processes assist with time studies & work measurement Support implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor production outputs and identify variances Collect, capture, and analyse production data Prepare basic reports on productivity, efficiency, and downtime Maintain production records and documentation Assist with quality inspections and root cause analysis Support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work environment Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
