What You’ll Own: • Coordinate and execute tailor-made land tours and incentive events • Travel with groups to ensure flawless on-site delivery • Manage travel files with sharp attention to profitability and quality • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners • Keep debtors in check and flag any risk early • Ensure travel docs and operating schedules are prepped and polished • Flag travel restrictions and keep group logistics compliant • Be the go-to for emergencies — calm, clear, and on-call • Suggest enhancements to elevate the guest experience What You Bring: • 4–5 years inbound consulting experience • Deep regional knowledge of SA, Southern & East Africa • Solid financial instincts — margins, modelling, and analysis • Fierce attention to detail and admin excellence • Laser focus under pressure and moving priorities • Fluent in tech tools: Excel a must, Tourplan a bonus • Confident communicator and negotiator with a knack for guest experience • A relentless drive for better — systems, service, and team synergy A Bit About You: You’re the ops whisperer — capable of creating order in the midst of moving pieces.
